Refund policy
Return Policy and Exchanges:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
We do not honor refunds, in store credit only or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate.
Additional non-returnable items: White clothing, promotional items, sale items, clearance items, and accessories.
To complete your exchange, we require proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns/Exchanges (if applicable)
Please email us at JayLasboutique@outlook.com for return request approval. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.
If you are approved, you will receive a store credit of the purchase price of the item, within a certain amount of days.
Reason(s) for denying your return request: dog hair or hair of ANY kind, odor of any kind (including detergent), tags are off and or item has been re-tagged, promotional and or free items were not returned with purchase, stains, or any damage to the item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for an exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Sales are final.
Product Issues (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at JayLasboutique@outlook.com for further instructions.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless there is a defective or damaged product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
